In the events industry, the spring season means weekly events. This year we enjoyed whole weeks with parallel events, experiences that even took us beyond the borders.

In the months of May and June we played “away”. It was a beautiful game, full of energy in which I scored a 10.

On June 13, Marius Blajut, one of our Project Managers, was putting together the last details before leaving for Poiana Brasov where he would organize an experience of Military and an adrenaline-filled race of Flat Out Formula 1. The weather was with us, the participants enjoyed an energy that continued at the party.

From Poiana Brasov, the team gathered in Sinaia to create a unique experience for participants with the help of Orchesstrate, In the Picture, Big Picture , Push It and a super party NEON. Below is a summary of the event seen through the eyes of the participants:

The whole experience is impeccably built with the Universum team:

• starting from understanding the brief to understand the need and then build conceptually
• advice on completing the concept with all the details that make the difference for colleagues who felt like stars
• event facilitation
• and the activities carried out together with them are still told to the classmates who could not participate in the event.

The best feedback for this experience comes from the thanks we receive from colleagues for the inspiration to work with them, from the discussions after the event in the hallways, in the kitchen, from the impatience to see the photos and videos from the event and, above all, from the number of updates on Facebook during the breaks between the event’s activities.

…and we didn’t stop there! We packed everything and moved to Bran to create a first experience for our friends from EXE Software. It all started with an evening activity, CSI in which the mystery was solved 😉 followed the next day by Mini Olympics and Big Picture< /a>. We ended the day appropriately, with a NEON party.

Everything started with an invitation received at Universum Inspiration Day, at which point we knew that we had found our ideal partners in the successful organization of EXE Software events. Nothing is more gratifying than the happy face of colleagues at the end of a successful teambuilding, which was due to the qualities of the Universum team, qualities highly appreciated by us: professionalism, trust, friendship, dedication and passion. We are a happy client who knows that he has found the best partner for organizing corporate events 🙂

Throughout the spring-summer season, we had the friends from Continental Automotive Romania who sent us their energy weekend after weekend through the activities Mini Olympics and FlatOut Formula 1 .

This year we laid the foundations of a strong partnership with those from Network One Distribution, together with whom we organized a series of events including the Marine Academy, where the participants enjoyed a 100% seafaring experience:

Towards the end of the season, we enjoyed a sporting experience with none other than Adidas Romania. We can say with our hand on our heart that it was a synergy that infected us as well:

The logistics and concepts are ready, the trainers and facilitators are full of energy and good spirits, and the events are ready to start because… we don’t stop there! 🙂
