Impact is a tembuilding activity based on sustainable development. It is a highly addictive team game designed to gain understanding of the project to achieve a better future.
At the beginning, participants are informed about the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and then given a tablet to start making a real impact. Teams have to pass several levels as they complete a series of challenges, each of which is linked to the SDGs (No Poverty, Zero Hunger, Climate Action, etc.). There are mental, physical and active tasks and several levels of difficulty. The app guides teams through the tasks as they make their attempts to earn points and climb the leaderboard, all while becoming aware of the SDGs and helping to create a more sustainable and lasting future.

Results: Team members work together to understand the game and develop an agile team strategy. They learn that innovative thinking and effective communication skills will help them progress up the leaderboard. Listening skills and speaking up to share ideas will help them to successfully complete challenges. Trust starts to build as teams learn to appreciate the diversity of each other’s strengths and work towards a greater common goal: making the world a better place.
