Teams solve fun and interactive problem-solving challenges and puzzles to “earn” tools and bike parts for their team. When teams have sufficient resources, the difficult task of creating an efficient assembly process to produce a variety of different bikes in a limited amount of time begins. Strict quality standards are imposed and formal quality control inspections are carried out.
As the final deadline approaches, the teams drive their creations to the “start” line and prepare to present their products and a commercial for the other teams representing their clients.
