Global Festival Game is a fun and interactive activity, where participants find themselves in a unique music festival - one with musical challenges.

Just like a festival, there are 7 „scenes” within the activity, each with different musical genres, with themed challenges for each. Recognizing their strengths, team members select the challenges they are confident they can complete. Teams decide when they have earned enough points in one area and are ready to move on to the next, based on a GPS.

Strategy and agile thinking are needed to determine when to move to the next stage. Teams also look for important clues and information.

As they progress, participants learn to appreciate their individual and team strengths, enabling them to allocate tasks more effectively.

Tracked results

Global Festival Game sparks memories and conversations between work colleagues, helping to strengthen ties.

The game stages encourage participants to review and improve their problem-solving skills.

Limited time and resources challenge team dynamics, challenging them to be creative and look for opportunities.

Each zone allows you to assign tasks to specific team members so that they can play to their strengths for the benefit of the team.
