In Puppet Masters, teams collect kits and props, then review and discuss construction instructions. They divide into sub-teams to complete the different parts of the puppet. The puppet is assembled, the controls are fixed and the puppet is decorated. The team then pick up the puppet with the 9 controllers and work to perform simple human actions.
Teams must intelligently break down each seemingly basic task into achievable steps. To succeed, each team becomes a “nerve center” that controls a multitude of movements to wow their teammates with an effortless performance.

Puppet Masters is an innovative team building activity, which involves everyone in the strategy and planning of the project, both in puppet making and puppet handling.
It requires sharp teamwork, crystal clear communication, process improvement and operational excellence skills to make the puppet perform human actions.
But it's not all about seriously improving teamwork! Imagine the hilarity as each participant takes control of a different body part and tries to imitate human actions such as walking, bowing or kissing.
