Each team acts as a rafting company whose task is to organise an expedition down one of the world’s longest and most challenging rivers. Boom whackers are lightweight percussion tubes like hollow, color-coded, plastic tubes, tuned to musical pitches by length.
A high-tech visual interface guides them in collaborating to generate a fiery symphony of music. Striking their tubes creates musical notes when a colored block hits a key in the visual interface.
As the event progresses, the pace and complexity grows. Blocks seen on the interface move faster and teams respond more vigorously to keep the rhythm building to an uplifting momentum.

Working in teams, each participant is responsible for specific tasks, playing their part in producing beautiful, brightly colored and creatively designed bookcases.
Each team starts with a theme and with the components of their bookcase. Team members must collaborate in order to come up with the best strategy to design, build and create a one-of-a-kind bookcase.
Half the team is responsible for producing the elaborate themed mural that forms the backdrop of the bookshelf whilst the other half turn the shelves into a work of art by attending a decoupage workshop and then applying the techniques.

At the start of the conference, each participant will be photographed, then the photos will be processed and arranged into a spectacular montage that will be projected at the end of the conference. Participants will see their photos displayed to a meaningful soundtrack.
First, they will see a dynamic sequence of photos, then a montage of four photos, followed by a montage of sixteen, then a montage of sixty-four photos. At the end, the camera will pan away from the frame until all the images create: the company logo, the conference message or the main theme of the event.

The objective of the game is to earn as much money as possible by coordinating and participating in a series of team projects. Each participant is given details of a project which requires the creation of the team with the specified skills and talents.
The project is implemented over a set period of time at a given location. After completing the project, participants are rewarded and can get involved in the next available project. Since all participants are both project managers and potential team members, it requires prioritization, negotiation, making personalized proposals and assertiveness to complete projects and earn rewards. In addition to supervising their own projects, participants need to negotiate with other players to help them complete as many projects as possible. This strategy is necessary to maximise profit.
Rewards for completing a project include: money, new skills, upgrades of certain talents and other bonuses. Rewards are only given to the project manager, who is then responsible for distributing them to his or her team members.
Speed of implementation is key, and creating the right mix for a team as quickly as possible by convincing other participants can be the deciding factor in winning the game.

Teams manage resources and monitor conditions, instructing their guides (up and down) Mount Everest over a 20-day expedition.
Due to the complexity of the game, team members must take on individual roles, acquiring knowledge, effectively communicating and successfully completing physical challenges.
They decide on how they will move their guides each day and enter it into the game tablet. The team with the most points is declared the winner.
The event facilitator explains the game and shows a video which introduces participants to the complexities of organising and facilitating an expedition to summit Mount Everest.
Teams consider the varying conditions in order to decide on an optimal strategy for that day. Throughout the game teams can complete any of the six physical challenges in order to gain additional points.
Results: An experiential learning tool where participants learn, through the use of an engaging theme with tactile components, how to connect fun and relevant links to their business environment.
