World Outside Your Window is a technology-based team building activity that encourages players to explore their local environment. Individuals carry out the tasks on their own, then connect with their team either virtually or in person to share their findings. A team’s score is the sum of the team member’s scores, so everyone’s contributions count!

The game screen is divided into 4 types of environments. Each day, players complete four tasks. Each day, players select an environment and carry out the 3 tasks in that environment. They also complete the Random Act of Kindness that requires them to do some specific kind thing to another person.

By attempting a task, players receive tokens. These tokens can be used to increase their own points or, given to other team members to reveal bonus tasks and thereby increase their team’s overall score.

Results: World Outside Your Window is designed to get players out and about and discover their local environment engaging with it in a new way. The cleverly designed bonus system encourages collaboration as it positively reinforces teamwork. Through sharing their experiences and listening and reflecting on the encounters of others they bond as a team. Participants become more aware, more present and have a better understanding of how they can play a part towards a common goal. As the team bonds, individual motivation and engagement increases in their ultimate shared quest to be the winning team.

Leadership stories is a leadership game where participants have the opportunity to develop their leadership skills. In each story assigned to the game character at the beginning of the game, participants will face leadership challenges and must make the right decisions for each story, weighing the pros and cons, understanding the context and reading between the lines, all in record time.

Results:
With the help of the game, participants can learn about their impact on their team and their results by experiencing several critical situations where they are asked to lead and make decisions. They will understand the importance of different approaches in inspiring and motivating the team, as well as developing the ability to choose the right approach in certain critical situations.

Photopoly is a fun, city based challenge, taking teams back to the tactile world of yesteryear with Polariod cameras, pens, notebooks and paper maps!! Like a live version of the famous board game Monopoly, teams head off around city streets past famous buildings. However, unlike the game their quest is not to buy up buildings but to take photographs of them. The photos they take must recreating the extraordinary scenes set out in their instruction booklet. The challenges are varied and creative and are tailored to maximize the location and the surroundings. The challenges in each location will be the same for every team but the manner in which each team interprets the challenge, undertakes and photographs it, will, invariably be unique.

A living version of the world’s most famous board game, Photopoly brings together strategy, creativity and teamwork in a whirlwind tour of your conference city. It guarantees a refreshing, stimulating and fascinating adventure into team dynamics as it injects energy into any conference programme. Planning and strategy are vital in Photopoly. The team that thinks before taking action will be the winning team! Photopoly is a team building experience that can be tailored to any city. The challenges can be shaped around your conference messages to increase reinforcement.

In The Discovery Challenge, teams rotate around a series of way points guided by the Go Team app.

At each destination, there is a challenge or puzzle to solve that draws on the history, culture and landmarks of the city. With each completed challenge the Go Team app reveals the location of their next challenge. With some challenges they will be left to their own devices – at others they will meet characters who will assist them or pass on vital information.

At the completion of the last challenge the teams will have all the information they need to use the ‘quest wheel’ to reveal the location of the final destination where scores and adventures are compared.

Learning Outcomes:
The Discovery Challenge generates a strong spirit of teamwork, competition and fun. It will bring out the Indiana Jones in every member of your team, getting them working with others in unconventional ways and leave them with a unique memory of an amazing shared experience. Discovery Challenges pushes creative thinking and problem solving. Conference or product messages can be easily integrated within the challenges themselves to get your team learning while having a fun shared experience together.

Chain Reaction is a team building activity that develops excellence in teamwork and project management skills by stimulating creativity and process innovation. Reaction in chain mimics the organization and coordination in a real-life project where teams are limited by time and resources. Relying on solving, creativity and communication skills, teams must work together effectively, starting from the design phase to achieve a realistic goal. Team dynamics and human resource management are tested from the planning stage, where the design is divided into small segments, requiring both human and physical resources to be divided into smaller groups. The build and test phases require coordination between teams and between different project management strategies – does each component of the system work individually and also is connected to the rest of the components to generate a cause-and-effect chain reaction? Under this program, the creativity and innovative spirit of the teams will be left to their own free will based on predetermined criteria such as efficiency in design and/or construction, resource efficiency, design, innovation, etc. *** This activity is released under the terms of the Catalyst Teambuilding license.

What Military Camp means?

Imaginează-ți toți participanții făcând parte din aceeași echipă de elită militară a companiei tale.

Vor începe ziua ca și cadeți obișnuiți cu obiectivul de a absolvi ca generali.

Prima jumătate de zi va fi dedicată instruirii militare și înțelegerii diferitelor instrumente și tactici.

A doua jumătate va fi dedicată unei bătălii din viața reală, unde Trupele de Elită ale „Companiei” vor trebui să învingă un adevărat grup inamic și să-și cucerească baza situată pe un vârf de deal. De asemenea, opțional, Trupele vor trebui să dezamorseze o bombă aplicând abilitățile dezvoltate în cadrul cantonamentului pentru a salva întreaga zonă.

Între timp, o pauză de prânz pregătită de ei înșiși, în condiții reale de luptă va servi drept reîncărcare de energie.
