Through a compelling online portal, CSI Home Office brings the thrill of detective work to your fingertips. Teams will be presented with an abundance of evidence, such as newspaper articles, videos, and other hints. Working in brief, time-constrained sprint cycles, participants will research specific evidence, reconvene as a team and assemble the puzzle. With each sprint, they will determine potential motives, connect the dots and acquire information to inform the next phase of the investigation.
The game is designed to test the analytical and collaborative abilities of your team. Within 90 minutes, teams must closely examine the evidence and submit them thorough investigation form. Each suspect’s possible motives and the true identity of the perpetrator must be included in the case notes that they submit.
Results: CSI Home Office is more than just a game; it is a potent educational tool. This immersive activity helps participants develop essential skills and competencies by simulating a real-world scenario.

About the activity
Welcome to a fun and fast paced cooperative puzzle game!
The team’s mission is to go back and forth between the virtual and real worlds, finding clues to aid in retrieving the prisoner and help him return to the real world.
One team member at a time wears the VR headset to describe the virtual world, while the teammates in the real world have the solutions in a set of lock modules, which open the doors of different rooms. Just when they think they are done, they are pushed to a second level, and must go through the same rooms with more complicated lock systems.
After opening the locks, they go to the room with the trapped teenager, and use the numbers collected to solve the final puzzle, releasing the teenager with a 4 digit code.
The event director leads them through a debrief, focusing on key elements from the game relating it to aspects of team management theory.

The trick with Rat Trap is for teams to be aware of the bigger picture, as each structure has to be built in the right way and be placed in the right position for everything to work.
The tension builds as the whole chain reaction is unleashed, culminating in a weight being dropped that leads to the rat being caught and eventually everyone has a cause for celebration!

Teams manage resources and monitor conditions, instructing their guides (up and down) Mount Everest over a 20-day expedition.
Due to the complexity of the game, team members must take on individual roles, acquiring knowledge, effectively communicating and successfully completing physical challenges.
They decide on how they will move their guides each day and enter it into the game tablet. The team with the most points is declared the winner.
The event facilitator explains the game and shows a video which introduces participants to the complexities of organising and facilitating an expedition to summit Mount Everest.
Teams consider the varying conditions in order to decide on an optimal strategy for that day. Throughout the game teams can complete any of the six physical challenges in order to gain additional points.
Results: An experiential learning tool where participants learn, through the use of an engaging theme with tactile components, how to connect fun and relevant links to their business environment.
The Peak Performance App also has an optional ‘Training Mode’ which allows teams to review and improve their team dynamics before the start of the game.

Humanity is facing a historic event, as the colonization of Mars is imminent! Your team have been selected to create an atmosphere that enables people to live and work on the new planet. A brilliant scientist has developed a chemical formula for an artificial atmosphere. For safety reasons, the formula is kept in a locked box and hidden within a series of puzzles. Solve the puzzles to discover the formula to create a perfect atmosphere!
However, it turns out that this formula only works under laboratory conditions, and important components still need to be included.
