In FreshBiz you can build businesses, take loans, trade stocks, negotiate and do deals, play action cards, leverage business opportunities and more, making this a truly multidimensional workout. In order to progress in the game participants need to pay tolls and to do this they must earn money.

Some participants will choose to start a business which requires them to handle a budget, cash flow and strategy in order to generate a profit.

Players are given a unique set of action cards which represent their gifts, talents and special abilities during the game. They choose when and how to use them for the maximum perceived benefit.

Highly trained, qualified facilitators are on hand to assist at all times. The session closes with participants expressing a paradigm shift with a new way to play business, relationships & life.

Results: Participants claim that the game and its insights impact them for the rest of their lives.

Teams learn to work efficiently and effectively within limited time constraints. It all begins with a mysterious video message in which a chilling voice challenges teams to a game.

The different teams have only a pre-determined amount of time to crack a special code, which stops the countdown.
To win the game, the code must be entered in an electronic combination lock before the timer reaches zero.

Working through the puzzles, teams ultimately have limited time to crack the special code and stop the countdown.
After following the clues, the teams open case no 1. On the way, mysterious clues start to appear. Whoever finds the answer, opens case no. 2, 3 and 4.

The ultimate clue reveals the key for stopping the countdown and finish the game. Who will figure it out how?

Beat the Box ‘Rescue Santa’ brings a popular escape room theme to your Xmas party, meeting or event.

The game begins with a fun, festive video showing what happened and giving the first clues on how teams should start solving the mystery.

Each team is faced with a silver box. Inside are a series of locked cases, each containing a mystery to be unravelled.

Working through the puzzles, teams ultimately have limited time to crack a special code and stop the countdown.

Vital clues and equipment are subtly distributed between boxes; teams soon realise they must come together to succeed!

iBuild is a dynamic and highly engaging activity, where each participating team needs to build an exact replica of a model without looking at it.

In this highly engaging activity, the focus falls on interdepartmental communication and collaboration. Every single participant plays a vital role for the success of their team.

Participants are split into small groups and assigned a specific role in the communication chain.
The goal is to build a model from very simple elements, following the chosen strategy within a limited amount of time. Teams allocate roles and develop a communication strategy. The information flows through the line from the ‘Architect,’ passing it to the ‘Courier’ and reaching the ‘Builder’ with the active support of the person designated to offer ’Feedback’.

Results: Participants gather around their building board and start to share their experiences.

The strict rules are designed to emphasize the main principles of accurately conveying information. iBuild is a great way of enhancing internal communication skills between different company departments, as-well-as their communication with the clients.

Each player has a specific role with specific communication barriers. Particular roles are restricted to specific zones within the play area. The necessary information is communicated down a chain of people to the “Elves”.

At half-time, team members switch roles and continue the build process.

When time is up, teams come together to view their achievement, celebrate and discuss their success. Themed fancy dress hats define each role.

It is well known that is very important to step back and take a look at the „big picture” of your organization and how people communicate and work together.
The Big Picture concept brings in front teamwork, communication and cooperation between people through the process of painting an ample artistic masterpiece.

Prior to the event, the painting is designed that reflects your key values.
Each team will have a blank canvas, a part of the whole painting and working with design information each team paints their canvas.
They soon realize that they must collaborate with the teams on all sides of their canvas in order for the final artwork to have continuity.
Once time is up, participants move to a separate area while the big canvas is constructed.
With a countdown from participants, The Big Picture is revealed to thunderous applause and delight.

Our unique approach generates amazing results even when participants have no previous musical experience.

In the beginning, the MC introduces the professional musicians as they lead everybody in the specific mood. Next, our instructors assign the participants one of three classical string instruments: the violin, the viola or the cello.
Once they get familiar with their instruments, participants will be taught by experienced tutors, who will guide them to learn their part for the final classical masterpiece.

After learning and rehearsing, the new-found string orchestra can play together. The amazing feeling of accomplishment will transform this activity into a memorable unique experience.

Results: Few individuals can learn to play classical music in under an hour, but a team of people working in synergy can!
