E-Choir knows no limits, it could be for a small team, the whole department or the entire company to take part in!

Run-on Zoom (or another conference platform), no additional equipment is needed other than a laptop and a mobile phone. This cleverly constructed internet choir experience circumnavigates issues of online latency and music performance.

Participants keep themselves on mute during the coaching and record their individual final performance on their phone, Dictaphone or WhatsApp. This also sets an inclusive atmosphere helping those who feel uncomfortable about singing, to feel relaxed.

The celebration moment comes post-event, when attendees are sent a final version of the track, with all their voices carefully mixed by a professional producer. This output can also be edited to create a lasting shared memory.

Results: The benefits of this activity focus on the close bond created between participants in a digital context.

E-Choir presents a new teambuilding activity, for ‘the new norm’. The exercise challenges remote participants to go beyond perceived limitations and celebrate shared achievements. Facilitated by a professional coach, in an informal but professional context, even the shy participants are surprised by what they achieve in such a short time frame.

What is Knowing Me, Knowing You?

A light-hearted activity which will break the ice and accelerate networking while building the team. Relationships matter and a highly connected workforce is a valuable asset to any organization.

Knowing Me Knowing You helps to build common ground between individuals, smoothing the path of sharing information and best practice that will inevitably lead to improved bottom line results.

Beginning with a warm-up exercise to get participant intro teams, participants are tasked with gathering as many business and personal commonalities with the other players as they can to win points for their team.

At set periods participants return to their teams to tally their scores and receive details of their next goal. They will keep communicating until the final whistle when points are tallied and winning teams declared!
