10 Aspects to take into account when making a Team Building Request

We call what we do Event Architecture. Each event concept proposal begins by understanding the company’s vision and values, the event’s objectives, the target audience and the brief given to us.

The entire construction of the event starts from a solid and detailed plan, an emotional foundation is added, based on trust and mutual understanding between us and the client. And from here… the construction starts to take shape from the bottom up!

This is the event architecture process that we organize.

In the following list, we have detailed some important aspects that we recommend you communicate to the Account that takes over your event request.

1. The number of participants in the event
Communicating the number of participants in the event is important because certain activities require a minimum or maximum number of participants to be effective.

2. The weight on age and sex
Likewise, in the case of these aspects, it is important to mention them so that the offer received is as personalized as possible.

3. The experience of working togethergroup
For example, if the group has a working experience of several years, the objectives can be the same as in the case of a newly formed group, but they are much more in-depth and depending on the history. If the group has a larger number of new members, their integration is mandatory.

4. Organizational formula
Whether we are talking about a department, a part of the department or several different departments, the objectives of the activity/activities are different.

5. The objectives of the event
The most important aspect in providing the brief to the event provider are the desired objectives – from communication, to negotiation, exploring excellence, belonging to the group or brand awareness.

6. History of events
For us, as event organizers, the history of the activities carried out up to that moment is an important aspect. Not only do we avoid a potential repetition of the experience, but we can also realize an existing template.

7. Type of activities
Teambuilding activities are divided into two categories: indoor and outdoor. It is important for the event organizer to know the inclination of the activities. For example, a teambuilding day can include a program of outdoor activities in the morning, and in the afternoon the whole group can enjoy indoor activities.

In the case of outdoor activities, it is recommended to mention if there are people in the group who cannot participate in the activities, being restricted from medium-level physical effort.

8. Period and duration of the event
Whether it is a day, a weekend or a few days, or the teambuilding activity is included in the suite of sessions from a wider agenda, it is important to know these things, perhaps also from the simple fact that the activities can be customized according to of the rest of the agenda.

Do not forget to mention to your Account if the chosen location is conditioned, for example it is in the mountains, by the sea, has a reduced 4G signal, etc.

9. The budget
In order for the offer to be complete and customized to the teambuilding needs, it is recommended to mention a budget in which the activities will fit.

10. Feedback
We encourage you to provide as many details as possible about what you want from the event and to describe in as much detail as possible the group taking part in the event. These things only offer you a more personalized offer.
