Military Camp is a teambuilding activity that simulates a day in the life of an elite troop. Participants will move from the recruit stage to the general stage. From the morning they will take part in specific military activities: the morning roll call, the lunch prepared together, the defusing of a bomb and a celebration in which their involvement is appreciated through honors and distinctions.

After such an experience, the acquired education is diverse, such as:

1. TEAMWORK

A mission can only be successful if the team works as a whole. If we look at it as a whole, every military organization is based on extraordinary teamwork.

2. PATIENCE AND CALM

In the military field, teams are encouraged to become comfortable in taking risks with incomplete information. Drawing a parallel with organizations, the CEO is the one who assumes such risks.

3. ADAPTATION

Those who are at the beginning of their career can take advantage of these things, becoming more and more powerful. In this direction, they can transfer that know-how and at the same time provide the team with the perfect framework to perform.

4. AMBUSH

When an ambush occurs, leadership and good communication are the keys to winning the battle. It is also a very good opportunity for a strong debrief of the teambuilding activity.

5. TRUST

You can’t become a military officer if you don’t believe in yourself, says Jennifer Baker (US Army). “Remaining calm when you are under pressure will make your colleagues follow you by remaining calm, which influences motivation and morale.”
