An alternative Olympiad offering a dose of sport for all. Two Tribes is a celebration of indigenous games from around the world.
The group is divided into 2 opposing tribes and numerous sub-teams within each „tribe”.
The team creates its own tribal identity.
Team members wear colorful bracelets, feathered headdresses or scary face paint to complete their tribal look.
Dressed to impress, each team then rotates through a circuit of „quests”, competing head-to-head against teams from the opposing tribe.
The points accumulated by teams contribute to their tribe's overall score.
In the closing ceremony, the teams face off for a Haka showdown.
„The ”tribe' with the most points is declared the winner.
Each of the carefully sequenced sporting challenges in Two Tribes has a cultural reference point that allows participants to understand the significance of their effort.

Strategy is key to success, as the rules allow teams to play to their strengths, resting chosen players during challenges to reserve their strength for their favorite missions.
