We organise Company Days, Family Days, company anniversaries, internal events, sports and wellbeing programmes, as well as engagement experiences tailored to the organisation’s culture and objectives.

An employee event may aim to celebrate, foster connections, facilitate internal communication or bring families closer to the organisation. A team-building event is centred on collaboration and team dynamics. The two formats can be integrated into the same project when the objectives require it.

Yes. We design the schedule around the size and profile of the audience, different levels of participation and, for Family Days, the presence of children and families. The activities are designed so that every category of participant can find something relevant. For colleagues from different teams, we can include networking and team-building activities, tailored to the group.

For outdoor events, we plan alternative scenarios, indoor venues, programme adjustments and measures to deal with rain or extreme temperatures well in advance. The contingency plan is agreed upon jointly, depending on the venue, infrastructure and budget.

We start with what is relevant to the audience and put together a programme with a good flow, variety and different levels of engagement. We combine activities, entertainment and opportunities for interaction without turning the event into a rigid or overloaded programme.
