What is Think Art?

Think Art is a creative team-building activity in which teams transform a client profile, a brand value or a brand theme into a 3D object with its own visual identity.

Colours, proportions and artistic style become a common language through which participants express emotions, characteristics, perceptions and strategic directions.

The activity combines business thinking with practical work. Teams must listen to different perspectives, reach a consensus and take the idea from the brief to a visual outcome that can be presented and discussed by the whole group.

The result is not just a painted object, but a shared interpretation of the client, the brand or the theme chosen for the event.

Think Art creates a space where creativity becomes tangible, and differing perspectives are transformed into a shared outcome.

How does it work?

The experience begins with a brief introduction to colour theory and how colours can convey emotions, associations and characteristics.

Participants learn the basics of contrast, proportion and style โ€“ enough to get started without any prior artistic training.

Each team is given a 3D object, materials and a brief. They then choose or create the profile they wish to represent and decide what the final piece should convey.

Next comes the discussion of the concept. The team decides on the colour palette, proportions and artistic direction, produces a sketch and paints the 3D object together.

Finally, the work is displayed and presented to the group. The teams explain the choices they have made, compare their interpretations and discuss how they moved from individual perspectives to a shared direction.

Intended outcomes

When is Think Art the right choice?

Think Art is ideal for organisations looking for a creative project with substance, one that can easily be linked to the client, the brand, their values or a shared vision.

It works well when the team needs to develop a shared vision, rather than simply responding to a competitive challenge.

It is an excellent choice for mixed or cross-departmental groups, as each participant can contribute through ideas, observation, reasoning, organisation or execution.

It is not artistic talent that is needed, but a willingness to listen, interpret and create together.

It blends in naturally with:

  • off-site events and retreats focusing on creativity and collaboration;
  • kick-off meetings focusing on the client, the brand or a shared direction;
  • engagement activities for mixed teams;
  • internal meetings on values, culture and brand identity;
  • events where a memorable visual impact is desired;
  • workshops on customer centricity, perception and internal alignment;

Why does it deliver results?

Think Art works because it turns abstract ideas into concrete choices.

Teams cannot just stick to a general discussion; they must decide what to keep, what to prioritise and how to express it all through colour, form and style.

The process brings listening, negotiation and consensus-building to the fore.

Differences in perspective become the basis for our work, and the final result clearly shows how individual contributions can be brought together in a single direction.

A key advantage is the natural link to the business world.

The clientโ€™s profile, the companyโ€™s values or the theme of the event can be translated into a visual language, which helps the team to discuss perceptions, priorities and alignment in concrete terms.

Think Art is a concept with a tried-and-tested international framework that is flexible enough to be adapted to client profiles, values, brand themes or internal messages relevant to the company.
