It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas...

Along with the scent of cinnamon and oranges, bring a little Christmas spirit to your next team-building event. Perhaps youโ€™ve had enough of Secret Santa. Perhaps youโ€™re looking for something to complement it, or your team could simply use an energy boost. Donโ€™t worry, weโ€™ve got you covered.

Here are 11 ideas to help you end the year on a high note and enjoy some quality time together:

1.ย Record Breakers

Energy, ambition and lots of fun: Record Breakers challenges teams to coordinate their efforts and devise strategies for a variety of challenges. In December, the challenges may take on a winter theme, tailored to the location and weather conditions.

2.ย Flat Out: Sleigh Ride

If Santa found himself without a sleigh, wouldnโ€™t you lend him a hand? Together with your team, youโ€™ll build and decorate a sleigh, then put it to the test in a festive race.

3. Puppet Mastersย

How about creating a giant puppet, decked out in winter or Christmas accessories? The team builds it, decorates it and learns how to control its movements. In the end, the puppet becomes the star of your very own show.

4. Quickfire Festive

A series of festive challenges gives colleagues the chance to showcase their talents. Teams choose their tasks, devise their strategy and work together to score as many points as possible before time runs out.

5. Peak Performance

An Everest expedition without leaving the room? In Peak Performance, teams plan a simulated climb: they assign roles, manage resources and adapt their strategy to changing weather conditions. The goal is to guide their climbers safely to the summit and back. A chance to put teamwork and decision-making to the test as the year draws to a close.

6. Toy Factory

Create toys, paint them and decorate them together with the team. At the end, they can be donated as part of a charity initiative: a team-building activity and a good deed.

7. The Big Picture

Let your team create its own Christmas gift. Using brushes, paints and canvases, colleagues work together on a shared artwork that can be displayed in your office. Take inspiration from Christmas, your teamโ€™s values or a message you want to keep in sight throughout the year.

8. City Build

Weโ€™re challenging your team to build a town inspired by Santaโ€™s village. Team members will share responsibilities and coordinate the construction so that all their ideas come together in a single model. Weโ€™ll create the atmosphere, but we need enthusiastic architects.

9. Essence of Excellence

What scent reminds you of Christmas? Cinnamon, oranges or fir? The teams take on the role of perfume creators and blend essences to create their own festive scent.

10. Beat the Box - Rescue Santa

Santa needs your teamโ€™s help. Solve puzzles, uncover clues and crack codes before time runs out. Every contribution counts in this mission to save Santa.

11. Twelve Teams of Christmas

Each team member becomes one of Santaโ€™s elves. Teams plan their strategy, negotiate and exchange information with the other groups of elves.

If youโ€™d like to treat your team to something extra on top of Secret Santa, we can help you organise a themed team-building event or a Christmas party.
