What is Sensify?
Sensify is a multi-sensory team-building experience that challenges participants’ perceptions of the world, others, and their own reactions in unusual situations.
Through challenges designed around the senses and perceptions, such as sight, hearing, touch, taste, smell, balance, and intuition, teams are invited to communicate in new ways, adapt quickly, and discover just how important trust, empathy, and consideration for different perspectives are.
How does it work?
Participants work in teams and go through a series of sensory challenges, each designed to activate, limit, or alter the way they receive information.
Along the way, teams need to observe more closely, listen more attentively, ask for clarification, rely on their colleagues, and adjust their strategy based on the context.
The experience can be delivered in a competitive, reflective, or inclusive format, and the final debrief connects moments from the game with real-world workplace themes: communication, bias, trust, empathy, adaptability, and collaboration.

When is Sensify the right choice?
Sensify is ideal for companies seeking a team-building experience that is energetic, meaningful, and emotionally impactful. It’s an excellent choice when a team needs to improve communication, build trust, and become more open to different perspectives.
It works very well in situations where the goal is not just interaction, but also reflection: how we perceive, interpret, and collaborate when information is incomplete or differs from person to person.
It blends in naturally with:
- team-building activities focused on communication and trust
- off-site events or retreats with a reflective component
- engagement programs for diverse teams
- kick-off meetings focused on connection and collaboration
- corporate events focused on culture, inclusion, or adaptation
Why does it deliver results?
Sensify works because it takes participants out of their automatic communication mode and puts them in situations where they have to rely more on observation, listening, clarification, and trust.
When a sense is limited, or information is perceived differently by each person, teams quickly discover how easily assumptions, differing interpretations, and communication breakdowns arise. It is precisely this shift in perspective that makes the experience relevant to real-life situations at work.
The format remains relaxed, safe, and accessible, yet it generates powerful insights into perception, empathy, adaptability, and collaboration. The final debrief transforms the moments from the activity into actionable conclusions for team dynamics.
