Peak Performance online is a remote team building activity where teams lead their guides up Mount Everest to the summit and return safely to base camp during a 20-day expedition.
Participants join the activity via videoconference and work in teams in breakout rooms. Each member of the team is responsible for a specific role and related knowledge. They decide how they will move each day and enter it into the game tablet.
There are many variables to consider, including changing weather and terrain conditions. Teams need to make collaborative decisions based on such things as oxygen needs, acclimatization, tent pitching and the like.
In the end, the team with the most points at the end of the game is the winner.

Peak Performance is an emotionally engaging experiential learning tool that has been designed to change the understanding, attitudes and skills of working collaboratively in a remote team.
Participants learn about remote teamwork through the use of an engaging theme and relevant links to their business environment. Following the experience, participants use reflective observation to identify what happened during the exercise, what decisions they made and the consequences of those decisions.
Participants are able to make effective behavioral changes by understanding and accepting the implications of their choices.
