Impact is a remote team building activity focused on the 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
Participants join the game via a conferencing tool. The specially designed app guides teams through a series of engaging tasks, each uniquely linked to one of the SDGs.
The 17 SDGs are: (1) No Poverty, (2) Zero Hunger, (3) Good Health and Well-being, (4) Quality Education, (5) Gender Equality, (6) Clean Water and Sanitation, (7) Clean and Affordable Energy, (8) Decent Work and Growth, (9) Industry, innovation and infrastructure, (10) Reducing inequality, (11) Sustainable cities and communities, (12) Responsible consumption and production, (13) Climate action, (14) Life under water, (15) Life on land, (16) Peace, justice and strong institutions, (17) Partnerships for the goals.
There are knowledge-based questions, puzzles, photo challenges and more.

Results
Successful teams learn to work together effectively in limited time by collectively understanding the game and developing an agile team strategy.
The teams that can use effective listening skills and express their opinions confidently through clear and concise communication will move up the rankings. Individuals will learn to appreciate their own strengths and the diversity of skills of others in their team, while learning how they can contribute to a greater impact for a sustainable future.
