In recent years, social responsibility has become a trend in the corporate events industry. More and more companies are embracing this trend in different ways: cross-ros, charity balls or event sponsorships.
Besides the impact they have on society, CSR events also benefit the company: brand differentiators, innovation or employee engagement. For an accurate implementation of internal CSR campaigns we come with a selection of 11 teambuilding activities with a CSR twist:

1. Big Picture
It is a creative activity that brings to the forefront cooperation, communication and interaction between team members by involving them in the process of painting a large-scale artistic masterpiece. Most of the time the painting was auctioned and the money raised was donated to a community.

2. Flat Out: Formula 1
A super activity where your team becomes a Formula 1 crew. Communication skills, inventiveness and teamwork enter the Flat Out race: Formula 1. Teams have to design models of Formula 1 cars and then build them on a scale close to the real thing. At the end of the day, all teams will take to the Formula 1 track to test their machines. The CSR twist is diverse, from donating equipment to schools to involving children in the creation of the cars or winning bets and donating them.

3. Horses for Causes
A race between rocking horses and betting on them is a fantastic way to raise money for charity. At the end of each event, the most popular horses will be sold to the highest bidder.

4. Making the News
The newspaper newsroom simulation offers both the fun and the incredible energy of a group of participants who are about to write the latest news in „tomorrow's” newspaper. This gives the opportunity for CSR strategies and communication to be exposed to the whole group of participants.

5. Toy Factory & Bike Challenge 
Both activities target underprivileged children from specific communities. Participants will create either toys or bicycles for them. Each team will be given a series of puzzles to solve, codes to decipher and secrets to unravel in order to obtain the elements needed to build the bike or toy.

6. Haute Couture
Impress the international fashion scene with an impressive corporate collection! Use your imagination and create designs that will create a sensation on the catwalk. Participants will be equipped with the tools to create a memorable frenzy. The CSR twist consists of using recyclable materials and donating the money to specific communities.

7. Pastry Kings
An activity suitable for sales teams, suitable for anyone who comes into contact with the company's external stakeholders. It is designed to stimulate communication, team coordination and negotiation skills by challenging participants to think, produce and sell bakery products to the local community. Everything is against the clock and teams are also in direct competition. Money raised by the end of the program is then donated to a good cause of the participants' choice.

8. Tree-Mend-Us
It is a CSR activity that challenges participants to enjoy an Eco Treasure Hunt. Armed with shovels, saplings for green spaces (gardens, parks), brochures with clues and a GPS device the team sets off on an eco race. Success is celebrated by planting trees in specially designated areas.

9. Creative Juices
Everyone knows that the best smoothies are made from fresh fruit. Creative Juices is a business simulation that challenges participants' interpersonal and communication skills while putting them in the context of having fun and adding a dose of energy to any event. The first part of the simulation brings complex distribution issues to the fore. It can be adapted to how to reduce the carbon footprint.

10. Orchestrate
Electrifying effect provided by your team! In an hour and a half they learn to play „Carmina Burana” on a musical instrument. The CSR twist can be given by the fact that the whole activity can be included in a charity concert.

11. Street Beat
Teams are challenged to create a colorful street carnival in just 90 minutes. Working in teams, participants will explore the art of music through instruments made from recycled materials: mugs, pipes or whatever else. Street Beat conveys a strong message of sustainability, practically demonstrating how you can create impact with limited resources.
These activities have creativity at their core and the twist of CSR and the energy created around them gives the opportunity for the impact to be seen immediately.
