River Runner amestecă raftingul cu sarcina de a administra o companie de sporturi extreme și creează un joc motivațional de interior care stimulează gândirea.

Jocul este axat pe balansarea satisfacției clienților și a profitabilității.
Fiecare echipă acționează ca o companie de rafting, a cărei sarcină este să organizeze o expediție pe unul dintre cele mai lungi și mai dificile râuri ale lumii. Chiar dacă participanții nu ajung în apă, ei primesc acces la o barcă gonflabilă cu vâsle, veste de salvare și tot soiul de echipamente vitale expediției.

E nevoie de un management al echipei rapid și eficient, pentru a aduna informații vitale, și de o abordare flexibilă, pentru a profita de evenimentele neașteptate. De asemenea, este nevoie și de informațiile suplimentare care sunt întâlnite de-a lungul râului. Succesul este obținut prin atingerea unui echilibru între a fi prima companie de rafting care traversează râul și satisfacția clienților pretențioși.
