Cine sunt Oamenii care Cresc Energia in Organizatii?

Some of them you know from our campaigns last year #inlovewithevents yes Event Organizer Diary. They are the ones who work full-time at Universum, but besides them we have a whole team of facilitators and trainers who help us to deliver #theUNIVERSUMexperience.

They are the people who greet you before the event starts, the ones who give you the brief of the activity you are about to take part in, the ones who smile, the ones you laugh with tears, the ones who seem to have endless energy or the team that communicates just by looking at you.

Alexandra, why do you attend UNIVERSUM events?

A: First of all, the energy, both from the participants and the facilitators, is something that fills me with enthusiasm and makes me see such a beautiful side of people. There are few occasions where you can see people learning concepts through play that they can apply in their everyday life, especially in business. There are very many occasions where I personally have learned a lot from the extremely wide range of activities offered by UNIVERSUM, lessons that I have applied afterwards in my surroundings and the most important aspect I think is related to the way you look at daily tasks, the world, with the eyes of a child, curious, playful but getting results with a smile on your lips.

Let's get to know you?

A: I am first of all a cheerful person, always willing to try something new (food, activities, professions), engineer and future psychotherapist (interesting combination, I know:) ). I love meeting new people, playing, coloring and most importantly, helping people around me when I feel I can.

How long have you been involved in training or facilitation?

A: Since 2009, since I started volunteering in AIESEC and I've loved it ever since, whether it's delivering soft skills trainings or facilitating teambuilding. At the moment it is a dream job and I would do it every day with the greatest pleasure because it respects the following quote: Chose a job you love and you will never have to work a day in your life.

A: Tell us something special about yourself?

The first thing I do first thing in the morning after waking up is to turn on the music and dance, it puts me in a great mood for the whole day :)

I'm Victor, I have been facilitating team experiences for corporate groups since 2006, and my first project with Universum was in 2011. I still remember now how impressed I was at that first event, by the sheer size of the team building and the relaxed way the organizers looked at the grandeur of the event. I learned then one of the Universum values: if something is worth doing, it is worth doing very well. Since then, I enjoy working with Universum because these projects are more than just fun, they are always something new, they give me the opportunity to collaborate with very ambitious teams in the company and they are a source of pride for everyone involved, from facilitators to participants.

 When I am in the role of facilitator or MC, I am responsible to the participants for the quality of their experience. And the care and diligence with which Universum events are organized gives me that extra confidence that allows me to focus more on the energy level of the group and less on potential implementation errors that could generate adverse reactions from the participants.

 The backstage organization helps me bring even more energy to the stage. And the result is often memorable!

Yes, I want to come again this year.

 Why? In every project I learn something, and when it comes to Universum projects, you also have a good time on top of that. It's a created context that brings together great people, interesting activities and varied places where everyone leaves enriched.

 Who am I? Oana Maria, in education and training for over 15 years, I like to talk to people about their dreams and philosophize about the meaning and existence of life. Sometimes these talks are called courses. I believe that all people have a personal mission that they find out when they are truly ready and no longer distracted by the noise and glitter, and my passion is to find mine and help others to do it.

Adi, why do you attend UNIVERSUM events?

A: There's no way not to enjoy a Universum branded event, and the role of facilitator is perhaps the coolest role in the team. Each project is a unique experience, characterized by a mix of energy, enthusiasm, fun, but also organization and professionalism. For me it is a unique opportunity to be part of this super team and each event energizes me for my personal projects :)

Dragos, why UNIVERSUM?

Q: I have been part of the Universum team for over 20 team building sessions. I answer yes every time for 3 reasons:

(1) customer challenge - every time I have something new to learn from designing the best solution for the customer

(2) networking - I always meet new people with different interests and fascinating stories

(3) friendship - it's great to feel in the right place and enjoy #viata_la_universum

Who are you?

D: Dragoș Apostu. I discovered what I like professionally very quickly and it's been 9 years since I've been flirting with the training world. I had the chance to deliver training programs in all professional environments: non-governmental, public administration, academic and, of course, corporate. 

And... anything special?

I played in brass band for 4 years and have a PhD in administrative sciences
