It means that we have become the exclusive partners in Romania, and together with over 40 partners in more than 60 countries, we are constantly working globally to develop and implement concepts that bring people closer and grow.
Team building on a new level
It means that while up until five years ago we were doing it as well as we could, with all the resources on the table, for the last five years we have been doing it at a different level, with international validation that what we deliver cannot fail. And we're constantly improving, because the share of experiences we have and the globally tested methods help us to evolve in any event implementation.

It means that in today's increasingly dynamic business environment, we place more and more value on values such as team cohesion, employee motivation and the most efficient use of internal resources. Organizational culture is one of the key factors in a company's success, and team building activities are gaining more and more ground in strengthening it.
We organized the European assembly in Bucharest
รmeans that through the values we promote and further implement, we have become one of the most prominent organizers of events in the EEC area, and among the 25 European partners, we welcomed with open arms the proposal to organize the European Assembly in Bucharest.
European Conference CATALYST EUROZONE 2019.
So, from July 8-12, we kicked off the European CATALYST EUROZONE 2019 conference.
For four days, 60 international members of the network Catalyst Global Team Building from more than 25 countries both in CEE and around the world shared best practices and relevant experiences in organizing corporate team cohesion programs. It can be overwhelming when so many global partners gather at a European conference, not least to discover the secrets of Romania and our team. We are talking about South Africa, USA, Tunisia, Azerbaijan, Australia, Dubai, Israel.
We shared the whole experience in five intense days, full of experiences and specific know-how related to the implementation of the programs, from a logistical, marketing, sales or deployment point of view, combined with discovering Bucharest and promoting our Romanian values and culture.
From the conference days at Hillton Garden Inn, at a Go Team through which we discovered new and unknown places in the heart of Bucharest (some of us were even getbegรฉt bucureศteni), from summer evenings spent with the whole gang on the terraces that offer some of the most beautiful views of the city, to kayaking on Snagov Lake and welcoming the party with the Romanian rhythms.
Because it's not often we get the chance to do this and we wanted to make it memorable, we ended the conference week with a qvartet concert on the terrace Lagoo. This collaboration was realized with our partners with whom we organize every time, with pleasure, the team building concepts Orchestrate and Crescendo.
