Noi si Clientul in Aceeasi Barca

A new project, a new adventure.

I was telling in a recent article the feeling of joy and fulfillment you get when you see the people in your team grow.

Recently, our colleague Andrei has implemented his first project and a new title - “Dear Agency - we love you”.

How she managed to win them over - with a lot of openness, enthusiasm, professionalism; on top of that with 20% more than I promised them.

We enjoy partnering with our customers and this time we were in the same boat literally, not just figuratively.

The rafting activity, brought us together on Buzau downstream in a trip full of adventure, adventures and learning:

1. Partnerships are based on trust, communication and synchronization - When you are in the same boat the whole team synchronizes. You have complete trust in the people in your boat and you need perfect communication and coordination to finish the watch with flying colors.

2. It takes time for the team to function at its full potential - The beginnings are nice, but it takes however short a time for the whole team to get into the rhythm. But once we're all moving at the same speed, the boat goes full speed ahead and nothing stands in our way; and relationships with our partners become more and more beautiful as time goes by.

3. We encounter obstacles on the river, but together we cross them successfully - If at the beginning it was fun, it took a moment of out of sync and the boat ended up wrapped on a boulder. A few of my teammates got detached from the boat and floated down the river, while the rest of us were on the boulder trying to get the boat back on the water. For a while it looked as if we would have to abandon the shift; yet we didn't lose confidence and somehow managed to get the boat back in the water and to recover our teammates a little later.

The same in the events we organize, there can be obstacles, but with good communication and trust on both sides we manage to find a solution every time.

4. What doesn't break you down makes you stronger
We start down the river again. And we discover the most challenging is just beginning.
The waterfall soon follows, which we not only cross without any problems, but approach it through the most challenging place without fear. Because we've learned our lessons and the team's confidence and synchronization has grown.

5. What next?
When you go through a beautiful experience together, you look forward to the next one. Because a partnership is a long-term, ever more beautiful story.

Why passion, energy and 20% extra effort - because when the client is your partner, we are talking about a different model of collaboration. One where the discussion is not about the present moment but about all the beautiful story we can write together event after event. Because that's the only way we can get to know each other better and respond better and better to the client's needs.

And how nice it is to hear from the partner with whom you are building a successful event - Dear Agency - we love you.

As for colleague Andrei - here's to many more successful events. We are and will continue to be in the same boat. One in which we daily learn to row better and better, one that every day is ready to face bigger and bigger waves :D
