2024 was a landmark year for Universum Events, as the company managed to consolidate its leading position in the organization of corporate events and team building. In 2024, Universum Events organized:
- 185 corporate events, including 115 with customized concepts.
- Over 16,000 participants from 14 cities in Romania.
- Over 35,000 kilometers covered and 9,000 hours of deployment.
- 1600 square meters of LED screens used for exceptional visual impact.
December: Record performances
The last month of the year was an intense one, marking the organization of:
- 30 of corporate parties, bringing joy and festive spirit to companies across the country.
- 13 December - a landmark day, with 7 events organized simultaneously, bringing together a record 2,500 participants in one day.
Team building activities - Top 5 customer preferences
Universum Events successfully delivered 84 team building activities, involving around 7,500 participants. The most popular activities were:
- Gold Rush - about 1,300 participants.
- Quickfire (QF) - around 1,200 participants.
- Corporate Olympics - about 1,150 participants.
- Go Team - 654 participants.
- Orchestrate + Crescendo - around 380 participants.
International presence and global achievements
After the success in 2023, when Universum Events was the main partner of the JCI European Conference Bucharest, an event that attracted 1,500 participants from over 100 countries at the Palace of Parliament, the company continued to expand its international expertise.
In 2024, one of most important international projects was the organization of WAS#20 at the Bali International Convention Centre, September 23-26, 2024. This global telecom industry event brought together 1,000 attendees from more than 120 countries, reinforcing Universum Events' reputation as the closing partner for complex and innovative projects worldwide.
