UNIVERSUM is looking for super Business Developer for the M.I.C.E. team!

How do you know that you fit into our team?

– You have previous experience in sales/account management, preferably in events (BTL, M.I.C.E.)

– Ideally to have organized events in the past, preferably to have experience in a BTL / events / tourism agency

– You like to relate to very diverse people and with very varied expectations

– You find pleasure in being able to identify the best solutions for your clients

– You are a person who manages independently, attentive to details and knows how to organize your time efficiently

– You have a very high level of energy and positivity

– You know English at an excellent level

– You do excellently in the Office suite

– You have a category B carnet preferably, but it is not necessary.

How will you help us?

You will take care of everything that means identifying potential clients, building suitable solutions for them, until the point where the client says YES to the collaboration.

Identify new clients who want to organize together with UNIVERSUM the following categories of events:

– Conferences

– Company parties

– Company day

You will be responsible for building and offering the best solution for organizing these events

Building a long-term relationship with clients in the portfolio

Consultative role for the client in terms of the architecture of organized events
