A season of 10

In industria evenimentelor sezonul de primavara inseamna evenimente saptamanale. Anul acesta ne-am bucurat de saptamani intregi cu evenimente in paralel, experiente care mai de care duse chiar si inafara granitelor.

In May and June we played “away”. It was a beautiful game, full of energy in which we scored 10.

On June 13th, Marius Blajut, one of our Project Managers was putting the last details in place before leaving for Poiana Brasov where he was going to organize a Military and an adrenaline-packed race of Flat Out Formula 1. The weather held with us, the participants enjoyed an energy that continued at the party.

From Poiana Brasov, the team gathered in Sinaia to create a unique experience for the participants with the help of Orchestrate, In the Picture, Big Picture, Push It if a super party NEON. Below is a summary of the event as seen through the eyes of the participants:

The whole experience is impeccably built with the Universum team:

• starting from understanding the brief to understand the need and then conceptually build
• advice on completing the concept with all the details that make the difference for colleagues who felt like stars
• event facilitation
• and the activities carried out with them are still being told to those who could not attend the event.

The best feedback for this experience comes from the thanks we receive from colleagues for the inspiration to work with them, from the post-event discussions in the hallways, in the kitchen, from the eagerness to see the photos and videos from the event and, most of all, from the number of Facebook updates in the breaks between event activities.

...and we didn't stop here! We packed everything and moved to Bran to create a first experience for our friends from EXE Software. It all started with an evening activity, ITUC where the mystery was solved ;) followed the next day by Mini Olympics yes Big Picture. We ended the day on the right note, with a NEON party.

It all started with an invitation received at Universum Inspiration Day, when we knew that we had found the ideal partners in successfully organizing events within EXE Software. Nothing is more rewarding than the happy faces of our colleagues at the end of a successful teambuilding, which was due to the Universum team's qualities, qualities that we highly appreciate: professionalism, trust, friendship, dedication and passion. We are a happy client who knows that he has found the best partner for the realization of corporate events :)

Throughout the spring-summer season, we had our friends from Continental Automotive Romania who gave us their energy weekend after weekend through their activities Mini Olympics yes FlatOut Formula 1.

This year we established a strong partnership with Network One Distribution, with whom we organized a series of events including the Marine Academy, where participants enjoyed a 100% marine experience:

Towards the end of the season we enjoyed a sporty experience with none other than Adidas Romania. We can say with all our heart that it was a synergy that has also touched us:
