A fun interactive activity where participants immerse into a different kind of music festival – one with music-mood-challenges.

Each of the 7 stages has a different music genre. Teams select a stage and ‘click’ through challenge icons together. Acknowledging their strengths, team members select tasks that they are confident they can complete.

Teams decide when they have gained enough points in a zone and are ready to move on to the next one (GPS based). Entering the next zone, teams take on new challenges related to a different genre of music.

Strategy and agile thinking are required to determine when to move onto the next stage. Teams also search the festival website for clues and vital information. As they progress, they learn to appreciate individual strengths enabling them to allocate tasks as a team.

Results: Global Festival Game sparks memories and conversation between co-workers helping to strengthen bonds.
