A powerful and emotional musical experience which demonstrates that through teamwork, the impossible is achievable.

Music is the universal language, that will take the teams in an incredible journey of making the impossible possible while working towards a common goal!
Even though most of the participants never have played a musical instrument before, they will learn to rely on each other, as they are not aware of the way the rehearsals go for the other group/groups.

Participants will discover the mysteries of a musical instrument and will feel part of the bigger picture of their own team through experiential learning.
The participants will learn to play real instruments including strings, woodwind, brass and percussion under the guidance of actual musicians.
When back into the main show room, the teams will go beyond perceived limitations, as they start rehearsing together – at first, on separate categories – until they are playing together in perfect synergy.

After the conductor’s baton commanding, the participants will perform “Carmina Burana”, reaching a high emotion and exhilaration.

Results: A symphony orchestra is probably one of the best examples of a team working as one. Maybe that is why Orchestare is one of our most demanding and challenging concepts.
Emotionally and creatively the players have to be tuned-in to each other, and people doing different tasks have to work together towards a common goal.
