Sarbatorile de iarna reprezinta unul dintre cele mai potrivite momente de a darui. Ajutorul oferit celor defavorizati poate avea un impact benefic asupra angajatilor. Initiativele unei corporatii in ceea ce priveste resposabilitatea sociala ajuta la cresterea gradului de constientizare. Fie asupra efectelor produse asupra mediului inconjurator sau asupra bunastarii sociale.

Social responsibility has become an important trend in the corporate events industry in recent years. More and more companies have adopted this trend in different ways: cross-ros, charity balls or event sponsorships. We propose the following teambuilding activities with a CSR twist for Christmas this year:

FLAT OUT: Sleigh Ride

Flat Out is a teambuilding activity in which your team becomes a Formula 1 crew, pirates or car builders. But in the “Sleigh Ride” version they will have the opportunity to create together the perfect sleigh for Santa Claus. Teams will be challenged to design sled designs and then build them using their communication, creativity and teamwork skills. Once the sleds are finished, teams will decorate their creations with Christmas ornaments and race off to test their machines. The CSR twist can be secured through various methods. By donating the equipment to schools or philanthropic organizations or by wagers won and donated afterwards.

TOY FACTORY / BIKE CHALLENGE

These two types of activities target underprivileged children in specific communities. Participants will create either toys or bicycles that will be donated to children's homes, thus contributing to the joy of those who receive the gifts and the satisfaction of those who created them. But to complete their creations, each team will be given a series of puzzles to solve, codes to crack and secrets to keep. Some must be revealed to obtain the elements needed to build the bike or toy.

COOKING SHOW

During this activity, teams will have the opportunity to experience the cooking experience under the guidance of an experienced chef. Obviously in the style of the famous Master Chef show. Cooking Show benefits both the participant as an individual and as part of a whole team. With all the necessary ingredients and utensils at their disposal, participants will create holiday dishes that can then be donated to charity.

BIG PICTURE

Creativity can be the perfect opportunity to bring cooperation, communication and interaction between team members to the forefront during the winter holidays. Participants will work together to paint a large Christmas-themed masterpiece. This is often donated to brighten up the walls of children's homes and care homes. But the most popular CSR twist remains auctioning the painting and donating the money raised to a disadvantaged community.

HORSES FOR CAUSES

Another CSR activity is the rocking horse race. The Christmas twist can be to decorate them to become Santa's reindeer. Participants are challenged to follow specific instructions to create each team's perfect rocking horse. Racing these horses is a merry-go-round of excitement, adrenaline and suspense. For those who will race and for the spectators who will cheer them on. The activity will end with the sale of horses to the highest bidder. Even betting during the race is a fantastic way to raise money for charity.

BARKITECTURE

Barkitecture is a team building activity designed to help improve creative skills, collaboration and communication among participants. All through building and decorating dog houses. These puppy houses can be donated to puppy adoption agencies. Or they can be auctioned to donate the money raised to animal shelters.

FUNK THE JUNK

This activity will offer a unique musical experience to those who will be participating. Musical instruments made from recycled materials will be used and will contribute to a real show. The Christmas twist is provided by the fact that the show can be easily modified to have a specific Winter Holiday theme. Funk the Junk is specifically geared to bring the topic of recycling and resourcefulness to the agenda of organizations. This all-inclusive energizer allows any personality to express itself.

Activitatile de CSR implica un efort amplu si niste costuri pe termen scurt ce nu produc un beneficiu financiar imediat. Dar, in schimb, promoveaza o schimbare sociala pozitiva continua. Avantajele acestor activitati se pot observa pe termen lung.  În sensul unei reputatii mai puternice, o rata de retentie a angajatilor mai mare, motivarea acestora, o relatie foarte buna cu organizatiile publice, precum si diferentierea ca brand, inovatia sau engagementul angajatilor.
